Drill hole of sufficient depth using same diameter as anchor being installed 2. Turn nut on anchor as required. May be flush with top, or continue turning to allow protruding stud 3. With nut, washer and drive pin in place, insert anchor into hole. 4. Strike head of pin until pin is flush with top of anchor. Anchor is now properly set. No more tightening is required weDge anchor Designed with a chamfer on the threaded end and a tapered expansion section on the working end of the anchor on which a set of interlocking wedges are mounted. During installation, the chamfer prevents damage to the threads of the anchor. The wedges are held on to the tapered expansion section of the anchor by interlocking tabs which grip the anchor body firmly to prevent spinning of the anchor during tightening.
